US shipping prices and Free shipping are for Lower 48 States ONLY. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will require additional fees. All international shipping prices are quoted using USPS Priority Air Mail, which is less expensive, but has limited tracking information. Express Mail Service is available and has better tracking information. We will combine shipping on all orders that consist of more than 1 item to SAVE YOU MONEY on your order. Combined orders will be shipped in the same box.

RETURN POLICY:

At Hill Country Custom Cycles we strive for your complete satisfaction. Please e-mail us with any questions or concerns before bidding. There will be a 17% restocking fee on all items returned, or you can exchange it for something of equal or greater value. In the rare case that we make a shipping mistake, please call us at 512-264-7333 and we will make arrangements to correct the issue. S/H is not refundable unless product is deemed defective, specifically not as described, or the incorrect item was shipped to you. No returns will be accepted on used or installed parts, or parts that do not have the original packaging. If you do need to make a return, contact us immediately at hcccyclesrtn@texasdata.net to request an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise. When shipping item back please reference the auction number and user id, and include a note explaining your reason for returning the item. No refund request will approved without RMA#. Write RMA# clearly on the outside of the box when returning.
