This Flashlight holder is used by police and security personal. It lets you keep your flashlight at your side, but swivels while still attached to your belt. Works best on a barrel style flashlight that uses D or C batteries. The swivel loop accommodates up to 1.75" diameter flashlight barrel, and the belt loop fits up to a 2.5" belt. The flashlight head should be 2.5" or more in diameter to prevent it slipping through the loop.
