BIKE PICK
UP/SHIPPING:
We will need
all of the correct information to insure your paperwork is printed
correctly and the transaction goes smoothly. We require a 24-hour
notice before picking up the bike so the proper preparations can be
made. Please do not show up, as all our vehicle deliveries
MUST be
scheduled in order to give you the attention and service
needed. The buyer
is responsible for all shipping arrangements and charges, although
we can assist you with locating a shipping company if necessary.
Also, we provide shipping (fee required) to all areas within 150
miles of our dealership. We are not responsibility for any damages
that occur after leaving our premises. If shipping is required,
full payment must be received before the vehicles are delivered to
the shipping co

want, a great vehicle and a great value. We welcome any questions

INTERNATIONAL
BUYERS: Mike's Famous
Harley-Davidson does sell their listings worldwide. Please see the
transport section to find companies that we have worked with and
suggest using for transporting vehicles both locally and
internationally. If you are buying a bike from overseas, the
paperwork and procedure changes. Upon completion of the auction, I
will still be sending you a PDF File that needs to be printed,
completed and faxed back at my attention with a legitimate copy of
your personal identification card. Once I receive a down payment
(minimum of $500) by way of paypal or credit card, I will then
forward documentation to you via FedEx. Review Documentation, sign
and send back. Once the documents and full-payment are received,
the bike can be released to the shipping company of your choice.
The keys, title, and buyers order for the bike will travel through
Customs with the bike and arrive safely together to you
TITLE:
Our title
office is open Monday through Friday. We do not have a Title Clerk
available to release title or notarize on Saturday or Sunday.
Titles will not be signed over to the new buyer until full payment
is made and the Buyers Orders and Odometer Statement is signed by
the buyer, no exceptions. If you pick the bike up on the weekend
and the title is not available, it will be sent to the address that
you provide after sale transaction. Occasionally, the titles may
require to be forwarded by mail, as we are a busy dealership and
require extra time to process.
PAYMENT
TERMS: Correspondence
between both parties must be solidified within 24 hours of the
auctions end, otherwise the winning bidder risks forfeiting the
vehicle. The successful high bidder must submit a $500 deposit
within 1 business day after the close of the auction to secure the
vehicle unless the bid does not reach $500 then the full payment is
needed. The remaining balance is due within 7 days after the
auction ends (in addition to applicable fees and taxes). To make
the initial deposit you can use Paypal or a major credit card over
the phone.
NON-PAYING
BIDDER: If the deposit
is not received within 48 hours of the close of auction or if the
balance is not paid in full within 7 days following the close of
auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the
vehicle to the second highest bidder.
BUYER'S
INSPECTION: Every effort
has been made to accurately and fairly describe the vehicles
mechanical and cosmetic condition. Mike's Famous ensures each
vehicle go through a rigorous safety inspection and examination to
disclose any and all known information about the vehicle. Please
take into perspective consideration all vehicles are subject to
normal wear and tear or natural aging. Mike's Famous welcomes and
recommends a buyer's inspection; please make sure you inspect the
vehicle prior to the auction ending. Mike's Famous assumes no
responsibility for damages that occur after the vehicle has become
the buyers' property. Please inspect the vehicle thoroughly before
finalizing the sale. If you would like to view a vehicle, please
make an appointment with Norma or Jack, depending on vehicle
location that is listed on the auction page, 24 hours in advance.

WARRANTY:
Unless
otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being
sold "AS IS". Seller makes no representations or warranties.
Manufacturer's warranties may still apply on certain vehicles; you
can call the company from which the bike was made with the VIN# to
check, as well as extended warranties may be purchased
depending
RESERVE:
In
the spirit of the auction process, we do not volunteer our reserve.
We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early
should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.
BID
RETRACTIONS: Bid
retractions are allowed; although they must be confirmed through
e-mail within 24 hours of the bid.
NEGATIVE
FEEDBACK BIDDERS: Out of Respect
and Fairness for the eBay community, we do not allow bidding from
negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero or limited
feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding to
establish credibility. We reserve the right to not sell to bidders
with either no, limited, or negative feedback before or after the
end of the auction.
CALIFORNIA
LAW: Any used bike
purchased outside of California must have 7500 or greater miles on
the odometer in order to be registered in the state. Please be
aware of this before you bid, it is not our
responsibility.
