parts bought

Hello has any one bought parts from a member of this site going by the name Instinct hd sales? I was wondering if any one knew him or bought any thing from him,I had purchased a leather Tour pack and hardware for a 06 classic from him on the 26 th of March and i sent a postal money order and a certified letter in which he signed for. The total was 550.00, he is from Florida and the first name is Bill. I have tried to contact this gentleman many times by phone and e mail with no answer, any help in this matter would surely be appreciated thanks in advance Jay Snyder
